2.2. Darling Vienna acts exclusively as an intermediary between client and escort.
2.3. Every service within the scope of an escort is discussed, agreed upon or provided exclusively between the client and the booked lady on site personally, without any influence from Darling Vienna.
3.1. The subject matter of the contract is the procurement of self-employed persons for escorting for business or social purposes. However, Darling Vienna itself does not accept any orders for escorts for business or private purposes and does not conclude any contracts in this regard itself.
3.2. No sexual or intimate contacts are arranged in this placement.
3.3. The escorts are acting on a self-employed basis and have commissioned Darling Wien itself to act as an intermediary. The escorts are neither authorised nor commissioned to enter into legal obligations or contracts on behalf of Darling Wien.
4.1. A mediation comes about through agreement of will and corresponding declaration of both parties to the contract (escort and client).

4.3. A brokerage contract is only concluded through an order confirmation. This can be done in writing or by telephone. In the case of an order by telephone, however, the brokerage contract is only concluded with the (return) confirmation by us, whereby the client confirms with unopposed acceptance that he/she has read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
4.4. For bookings which are longer than one day, as well as bookings which are more than 50 km away from Vienna, a deposit of 30% of the total amount may be required from the customer in advance.
5.1. All agreed fees apply only to the respective booking and are to be understood as gross prices including statutory taxes and duties. All additional costs during the mediation (such as entrance fees, meals, travel expenses, hotel accommodation, etc.) are to be paid by the client and, unless otherwise agreed, are in no way part of the mediation contract offered.
5.2. The fee always refers to one person. If you book two or more accompanying persons, the fee for each accompanying person must be paid separately. For more than one client booking an accompanying person, the fee is multiplied by the number of clients booking.
5.3. For all other special requests such as couple or swinger club bookings, an additional fee will be charged. The agreed fee including travel costs is to be paid in cash to the independent escort at the beginning of the date, if you have not already paid by credit card.
6.1. Cancellation free of charge is always possible for the client within at least 24 hours before the start of the agreed appointment. Deposits already made will be refunded.
6.2. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the agreed appointment, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded in respect of the agreed remuneration.
6.3. Further costs incurred by the Provider in connection with a rescheduling or cancellation by the Client (e.g. for restaurant, hotel bookings) irrespective of the agreed remuneration shall be borne by the Client.
6.4. If an escort does not meet your expectations and you do not wish to hire one, the client agrees to pay the escort a flat rate of 25€ for travel costs within Vienna. If the departure point is outside of Vienna, the travel costs are correspondingly higher.
7.1. The provider is not liable for the actions of the mediated persons. They are not employees of the provider and act on their own responsibility towards the customer.
8.1. We always treat the personal data of our customers confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. This data is not passed on to third parties or only within the framework of the necessary processing of the contract, e.g. for the booking of restaurants or hotels.
Darling Vienna offers and expects discretion. All employees and escort ladies are contractually bound to secrecy. Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential.
Client and girl also agree never to contact each other directly outside the contract period, but to establish any contact exclusively through Darling Wien. 9.1. Clients and accompanying persons will wear mechanical protection covering the mouth and nose area or maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 m throughout their stay together.

9.6. Should a client or an accompanying person become infected with the Covid-19 virus in the course of a meeting, DarlingVienna accepts no liability whatsoever.
10.1. Storage, transmission, sending and reproduction or forwarding of the contents is expressly prohibited without written permission. Violations will be prosecuted immediately and with all severity.
10.2. Austrian law shall apply to all orders; the place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
